ORDER: As stated at the conference held earlier today, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Adelman Matz P.C., counsel for Defendant ReDigi Inc., and Mishcon de Reya New York LLP, counsel for Defendants ReDigi Inc., John Ossenmacher, and Larry Rudolph, shall appear on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. for a telephonic conference concerning the firms' motions to withdraw as counsel. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT the individual defendants themselves, John Ossenmacher and Larry Rudolph, shall also participate in the telephonic conference. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT Mishcon de Reya New York LLP shall file a written submission by 12 p.m. on June 30, 2016 to show cause as to why it should not be sanctioned pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 16(f) for its failure to appear at today's conference. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT Plaintiff shall file its motion to register the judgment in other districts by July 8, 2016. Defendants shall respond by July 22, 2016. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT Plaintiff shall file its motion for attorneys' fees by July 15, 2016. Defendants shall respond by August 15, 2016 and Plaintiff shall file a reply, if any, by August 29, 2016. ( Motions due by 7/15/2016., Responses due by 8/15/2016, Replies due by 8/29/2016.)
