As stated during the telephonic conference held earlier today, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Defendants shall respond by July 15, 2016 to the motions of Adelman Matz P.C. and Mishcon de Reya New York LLP to withdraw as counsel. Adelman Matz P.C. and Mishcon de Reya New York LLP may file a reply by July 20, 2016. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT, in light of the fact that BakerHostetler will serve as counsel for Defendants' appeal, the Court grants the motions of Adelman Matz P.C. and Mishcon de Reya New York LLP to withdraw as counsel with respect to the appeal in this matter. Accordingly, Adelman Matz P.C. and Mishcon de Reya New York LLP are discharged for purposes of appeal.
