ORDER: The Court is in receipt of a letter from Dana Kaplan, dated August 4, 2016, indicating that Defendants ReDigi, Inc. and John Ossenmacher have sought bankruptcy protection under Title 11 of the United States Code (Doc. No. 259) and a response from Plaintiff, dated August 8, 2016 (Doc. No. 260). Pursuant to the automatic stay provision in 11 U.S.C. § 362, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT this matter is stayed with respect to Defendants ReDigi, Inc. and Ossenmacher pending the resolution of the bankruptcy action. The proceedings against Lawrence Rogel, a/k/a Larry Rudolph, however, are not stayed. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT the parties shall submit a letter to the Court with an update on the status of the bankruptcy proceedings by October 3, 2016 and every 60 days thereafter.
