ORDER re: 264 Letter filed by Larry Rudolph. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT, if Mr. Nesgos and/or Posternak intend to represent Defendant Rogel in this action, they shall file a notice of appearance in this case forthwith and publicly docket any correspondence with the Court in accordance with Rule 1.A. of this Court's Individual Practices. In the interim, any communication about Defendant Rogel's case with the Court should be made by Defendant Rogel himself, since he is currently proceeding pro se. Unless and until such request is made by Defendant Rogel, or his counsel should Posternak file a notice of appearance, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the request to stay the matter as to Defendant Rogel is denied.
