On December 12, 2018, the Second Circuit affirmed this Court's March 30, 2013 order
granting summary judgment in favor of Plaintiffs. (Doc. No. 313.) The Second Circuit issued the
mandate on January 2, 2019. (Doc. No. 314.) Plaintiffs currently have a pending motion for
attorneys' fees before this Court. (Doc. No. 270.) In light of the fact that Plaintiffs may wish to
supplement their motion for fees to include attorneys' fees incurred on appeal, Plaintiffs' motion for
attorneys' fees (Doc. No. 270) is DE NIE D without prejudice to renewal.

IT IS HEREBY

ORDE RE D THAT if Plaintiffs wish to renew their motion, they shall due so by March 21, 2019.
