ORDER: The Court is in receipt of a submission from counsel for Defendant ReDigi, Inc. seeking to substitute Meister Seelig & Fein LLP for Ray Beckerman, P.C. as Defendant's attorneys of record. Local Civil Rule 1.4, which governs the withdrawal or displacement of attorney of record, dictates that "[a]n attorney who has appeared as attorney of record for a party may be relieved or displaced only by order of the Court and may not withdraw from a case without leave of the Court granted by order." Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Defendant's request is denied. If Defendant intends to make another such request, it shall follow Local Civil Rule 1.4. (Signed by Judge Richard J.
