ORDERED that Plaintiffs shall submit a signed declaration attesting that Plaintiff Capitol
Christian Music Group, Inc. has changed its name to Capitol CMG, Inc. and that Plaintiff Virgin
Records IR Holdings, Inc. has been merged into Plaintiff Capitol Records, LLC.
