RAY BECKERMAN, duly admitted to practice in this Court, declares under penalty of
perjury:
1.
I am associated with Ray Beckerman, P.C., attorneys for defendant.
2.
Our firm was advised by our client on Thursday, April 19th, that it had retained
new counsel, Gary Adelman, and Meister Seelig & Fein LLP, Esqs., to replace our firm.
3.
We, the client, and the incoming attorneys thereafter entered into a written
stipulation for new counsel to be substituted, which has previously been submitted to the Court.
4.
Mr. Adelman has filed a notice of appearance.
5.
My firm does have, and is exercising, a retaining lien.
6.
No depositions have yet taken place, or are presently scheduled, and the case is
not on a trial calendar.
WHEREFORE we respectfully request that the stipulation previously submitted be so
ordered.
