ORDER. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Defendant's motion for reconsideration of the Court's June 13, 2012 Order is denied. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT discovery with respect to ReDigi customers is stayed, pending the Court's resolution of the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment.
