ADDENDUM TO ORDER: granting 63 Motion to Seal; granting 67 Motion to Seal. On July 27, 2012, both Plaintiff and Defendant filed motions to seal certain documents that were conditionally filed under seal in connection with the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment. Both parties also submitted affidavits and a memorandum of law in support of their motions, addressing the standard for filing documents under seal, and demonstrating that "the privacy interests of those resisting disclosure" overcome the presumption of public access to judicial documents in the present matter.
