ENDORSED LETTER addressed to Judge Richard J. Sullivan from Richard S. Mandel and Gary Adelman dated 8/2/2012 re: The parties jointly request a four day adjustment of the current briefing schedule for summary judgment motions in order to accommodate counsel's vacation schedules. The parties propose that summary Judgment opposition papers would be due on August 14 instead of August 10, and that reply papers would be due on August 24 instead of August 20. The parties also jointly request that opposition and reply papers be conditionally filed under seal in accordance with the same procedure approved by the Court in connection with the moving papers. In order to avoid duplicative sealing motions, the parties request that they be permitted to make the required followup submissions supporting sealing of any of their confidential material contained in either opposition or reply papers by August 31, 2012.
