MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Accordingly, Plaintiff's claims against the NYU Langone Medical Center under the NYSHRL and NYCHRL arising from the first "failure to promote" alleged to have occurred in 2008 are dismissed without prejudice to re-filing those claims in state court.
