OPINION AND ORDER re: 12 MOTION to Amend/Correct Complaint filed by Pamela A. Giraud. Plaintiffs motion for leave to amend the complaint is GRANTED. The third cause of action of the Revised First Amended Complaint is construed to assert a c laim for retaliation under the ADA and NYSHRL, and the Revised First Amended Complaint is the operative pleading in the case.
