MEMORANDUM OPINION re: 16 CROSS MOTION to Confirm Arbitration Award filed by DHL Express Inc. In the absence of any statutory grounds to vacate the arbitration award, the Court grants DHL's cross-motion to confirm [DI 16]. In confirmin g the award, the Court does not in any way mean to be dismissive of Romero's claims of work place discrimination.
