AS AMICUS CURIAE IN TUNNEY ACT PROCEEDINGS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that upon the accompanying Memorandum of The
Authors Guild, Inc. in Support of Motion for Limited Participation as Amicus Curiae in
Tunney Act Proceedings, proposed amicus curiae The Authors Guild hereby moves this
Court, before the Honorable Denise L. Cote, United States District Judge, Daniel Patrick
Moynihan United States Courthouse, United States District Court for the Southern
District of New York, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York 10007-1312, for an order
permitting The Authors Guild to participate on a limited basis as amicus curiae in the
Tunney Act proceedings in this matter.
