JOINT STIPULATION AND ORDER REGARDING REVISED SCHEDULE FOR EXPERT DISCOVERY. The parties to this Joint Stipulation and Proposed Order, by and through their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate: 1. The date for disclosure of expert identities and general subject matters shall be changed from November 16, 2012 to November 30, 2012; 2. The date for service of opening expert reports shall be changed from January 25, 2013 to February 8, 2013; 3. The date for service of rebuttal expert reports shall be changed from February 15, 2013 to March 1, 2013; and 4.
