ORDER: On January 3, 2013, plaintiff the United States of America (the "Government") filed a proposed schedule to govern further proceedings with respect to the proposed final judgment as to defendants The Penguin Group, a division of Pearson PLC and Penguin Group (USA), Inc. ("Penguin Defendants"). It is hereby ORDERED that the Government shall file with the Court the public comments it receives and any response by April 5, 2013. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Government shall file any motion with respect to a proposed final judgment as to Penguin Defendants by April 19, 2013. Any submissions in response to this motion by a party in the above-captioned action or any related litigation shall be filed by May 3, 2013.
