before the Honorable Denise L. Cote, United States District Court for the Southern District of
New York, 500 Pearl Street, New York, New York 10007, for entry of the proposed Final
Judgment as to Defendants Verlagsgruppe Georg von Holtzbrinck GmbH and Holtzbrinck
Publishers, LLC d/b/a Macmillan.
