MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER re: 35 MOTION to Stay filed by Avis Budget Group, Inc., Avis Rent A Car System, LLC.. For the reasons stated herein, Avis's motion to stay this action is granted. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the motion (Dkt. No. 35). The parties will submit a joint letter every 90 days informing the Court of the progress of the Mendez action. SO ORDERED.
