MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: It is for the reasons stated above that this Court issued the March 31, 2014 order (Dkt. No. 27) denying Defendants' motion to strike under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(f), denying Defendants' motion to dismiss under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(l), and granting in part, and denying in part, Defendants' motion to dismiss under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6). The Court will conduct a Rule 16 conference in this matter on April 17, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. in Courtroom 705 of the Thu rgood Marshall Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, New York, New York. Pursuant to the Court's Individual Rules of Practice in Civil Cases, the parties are directed to submit a joint letter and proposed Case Management Plan to the Court by April 15, 2014.
