For the foregoing reasons, it is hereby ordered that: Defendants' motion to dismiss pursuant to Federal Rule 12(b)(6) is GRANTED; Defendants' special motion to dismiss pursuant to the Nevada Anti-SLAPP statute is GRANTED; Defendants' special motion to dismiss pursuant to the District of Columbia Anti-SLAPP statute is DENIED;Plaintiffs motion to strike is DENIED as moot; and Plaintiffs motion for discovery is D ENIED; Pursuant to N.R.S. § 41.670(1), Defendants' request for reasonable attorney's fees and costs is GRANTED. Defendants shall file a statement of their reasonable fees and costs on or before October 15, 2013, to which Plaintiff may respond on or before October 29, 2013.
