OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons stated above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Plaintiffs' motion-whether construed as a request for entry of a final judgment pursuant to Rule 54(b) or a request for an interlocutory appeal pursuant to § ; 1292(b)-is DENIED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT Plaintiffs' alternative request for a "stay" of the August Opinion "pending trial" is likewise DENIED. As previously ordered, the parties shall appear for trial on November 2 , 2015, and, in preparation for trial, the parties shall comply with the deadlines set forth in the Court's September 10, 2015 Order.
