ORDER: Adopting 23 Report and Recommendation. Despite Plaintiff's failure to object to the Report, the Court has reviewed Judge Pitman's thorough and well-reasoned Report and finds no error, clear or otherwise. The Court therefore adopt s Judge Pitman's recommendation to grant Defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings for the reasons stated in the Report. For the reasons set forth above, Defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings is GRANTED. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motion, Doc. 19, mail a copy of this Order to Plaintiff, and to close the case. Furthermore, the Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this Order would not b e taken in good faith; therefore, in forma pauperis status is denied for purposes of an appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). It is SO ORDERED. Motions terminated: 19 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by Commissioner of Social Security.
