OPINION AND ORDER re: 81 LETTER MOTION for Oral Argument and Adversarial Hearing Relative to the Defendants' Motion for Fees and Motion For Defendants to Produce the Unredacted Version of the Bills/Retainer Agreement to Plaintiffs And Objections filed by Midamines SPRL Ltd., 70 MOTION for Attorney Fees filed by KBC Bank NV. For the reasons stated above, the Court concludes that Defendant's request for $75,000 in fees and $722.50 in co sts is reasonable. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Plaintiffs shall pay Defendant $75,722.50 for attorneys' fees and costs related to the motion to disqualify and the motion to seal filed with the Second Circuit. IT IS FURTHER ORD ERED THAT Defendant's request for a bond pending Plaintiff's compliance with the fee award is denied as unnecessary. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motions located at docket numbers 70 and 81, and to close this case. (As further set forth in this Opinion and Order.)
