L. Cote attaching a courtesy copy of the notice filed with this Court on that same date. Today,

Judge Cote endorsed the letter with the following notation: “This Court shall promptly
address the discovery dispute in the event it is transferred from the Western District of

Washington.” Attached as Exhibit A is a copy of the docket entry transcribing Judge Cote’s
