OPINION AND ORDER re: 21 MOTION to Dismiss The Amended Complaint. filed by Katherine Oliver, Edna Wells Handy, Patricia Andre LeGoff, Diane Crothers, Carole Wallace Post, City of New York. For the foregoing reasons, it is hereby OR DERED that Defendants' motion to dismiss is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. Hagan's §§ 1981 and 1983 disparate impact claims are dismissed, as are her Title VII hostile work environment claims against the individual defendants, her discrimination claims against Handy, and all claims against Oliver.
