OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons stated, Barreras has failed to make a showing sufficient to warrant a hearing on his claims. Therefore, Barreras's § 2255 motion is DENIED. Moreover, the Court declines to issue a certificate of appealab ility because there has been no "substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right." 28 U.S.C. § 2255(c)(2); see Matthews v.
