MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER adopting 83 Report and Recommendations, 46 Motion to Dismiss filed by Det. Cuddebank, Det. Haire, Duchess County Sheriff, Dutchess County, 56 Motion to Dismiss filed by Amato, Inv. DePerno, Inv. Nalvone, Napolitano , Putnam County Sheriff, Inv. Tricinelli, Putnam County, 52 Motion to Dismiss filed by Det. Owens, Det. Locascio. Before this Court is Magistrate Judge Gorenstein's February 25, 2014 Report and Recommendation ("Report") in which he recommended that this Court grant Defendants' motions to dismiss. See ECF No. 83. This Court adopts the Report in its entirety. Each Defendant's motion to dismiss is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court is directed to close the motions at ECF Nos. 46, 52, and 56. (Signed by Judge George B.
