ORDER A WARDING SERVICE AWARD TO PLAINTIFF: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED THAT: his Court has personal jurisdiction over Plaintiffs and Societe Generale (the "Parties") and all Settlement Class Members who have not timely and v alidly requested exclusion and subject matter jurisdiction over the Action to approve the Settlement Agreement and all exhibits attached thereto. Notice of the Fee and Expense Application was provided to potential Settlement Class Members in a reason able manner, and such notice complies with Rule 23(h)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and due process requirements. The Court hereby awards a Service Award as follows in recognition of the recipient's contributions and reasonable expe nses related to the Action on behalf of the Settlement Class: $4,406.11 to California State Teachers' Retirement System; and as set forth herein. The Service Award maybe paid from the Settlement Fund upon entry of this Order, subject to the terms, conditions, and obligations of the Settlement Agreement which terms, conditions, and obligations are incorporated herein.
