OPINION AND ORDER ON PERSONAL JURISDICTION MOTIONS re: (343 in 1:13-md-02475-ALC) MOTION to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Second Amended Consolidated Class Action Complaint by Defendants Shell International Trading & Shipping Company Limited and Shell Trading (US) Company filed by Shell International Trading And Shipping Company Limited, Shell Trading US Company; (368 in 1:13-md-02475-ALC) MOTION to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction HARTER PLAINTIFF'S SECOND AMENDED CLA SS ACTION COMPLAINT filed by Phibro Commodities Ltd., Phibro Trading L.L.C.; (370 in 1:13-md-02475-ALC) MOTION to Dismiss Landowner Plaintiff's Second Amended Class Action Complaint filed by Shell International Trading And S hipping Company Limited; (329 in 1:13-md-02475-ALC) MOTION to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction NOTICE filed by Phibro Commodities Ltd. For the foregoing reasons, the Court may exercise specific personal jurisdiction over Defendant Phib ro Commodities, but not over STASCO. Therefore, all claims against STASCO are dismissed. The Court will address Phibro Commodities' non-jurisdictional arguments in support of dismissal together with the non-jurisdictional arguments advanced by the other remaining Defendants. SO ORDERED.
