PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION OPINION AND ORDER: Accordingly, for the foregoing reasons, the Court hereby preliminarily enjoins the defendants from enforcing section 518 of the New York General Business Law during the pendency of this case, and denies defen dants' motion to dismiss in full. In addition, the stay of proceedings imposed on August 14, 2013 is hereby lifted. The parties are directed, within one week of the date of this order, to jointly telephone Chambers to schedule further proceedings in this case. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close documents numbered 26 and 49 on the docket of this case. So Ordered (Signed by Judge Jed S. Rakoff on 10/3/2013) (js)
