OPINION AND ORDER: Busby has failed to make a showing sufficient to warrant a hearing on his claims. For the foregoing reasons, Busby's § 2255 motion is DENIED. Moreover, the Court declines to issue a certificate of appealability be cause there has been no "substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right." 28 U.S.C. § 2253(c)(2); see Matthews v. United States, 682 F.3d 180, 185 (2d Cir. 20 12). The Clerk of Court is directed to close the case. (As further set forth in this Order.) (Signed by Judge Andrew L.
