OPINION & ORDER re: 8 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by Commissioner of Social Security, 11 CROSS MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by Luz Altagracia Geronimo. For the reasons set forth above, it is hereby ORDERED the Plaintiff's Motion (ECF No. 11) is GRANTED and the Commissioner's Motion (ECF No. 8) is DENIED; and it is FURTHER ORDERED that the Commissioner's final decision denying Plaintiff's application for SSI and DIB is VACATE D and that this action is REMANDED to the Commissioner for further proceedings consistent with this opinion. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to enter a judgment for Plaintiff consistent with Opinion & Order and to close this case. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Andrew L.
