ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION for 7 Report and Recommendations. Having carefully reviewed Magistrate Judge Dolinger's thorough Report, as set forth within, to which no objection was made, the Court finds no clear error. Therefore , the Court adopts the Report in its entirety. Plaintiff's action is dismissed without prejudice, and the Clerk of Court is directed to close this case. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith. Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438,444-45 (1962). SO ORDERED.
