Assoun v. Assoun

Filing 20

ORDER ADOPTING REPORT & RECOMMENDATION for 19 Report and Recommendations, 7 Motion to Dismiss filed by Anais Amber Assoun. For the foregoing reasons, Defendant's motion to dismiss is GRANTED. The Court agrees with Magistrate Judge Netbur n that "it does not appear that [Plaintiff] could further plead plausible facts sufficient to state a claim." (R&R at 12). Leave to amend the Complaint is therefore DENIED as futile. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment and close this case. (Signed by Judge Paul A. Crotty on 1/6/2015) Copies Mailed By Chambers. (lmb)
