OPINION & ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the Court accepts and adopts Magistrate Judge Francis' July 5, 201 7, Report and Recommendation. It is hereby ordered that: (1) plaintiffs' claims against defendants UMG, IDJMG, andDIR are DISMISSED with prejudice; and (2) plaintiffs' claims against DSR, Killa, and Fabolous are DISMISSED without prejudice.
