OPINION & ORDER re: 19 FIRST MOTION to Amend/Correct 11 Amended Complaint, filed by Vuttinant Assavasirisilp, Thipakorn Yoopensuk, Manasicha Bhumithanarn, 22 FIRST MOTION to Certify Class filed by Vuttinant A ssavasirisilp, Thipakorn Yoopensuk, Manasicha Bhumithanarn. For the reasons set forth above, the Court grants Plaintiff's request to file an amended complaint, conditionally certifies Plaintiffs' first and second causes of action as a collective action under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 216(b), permits distribution of notice via mail, workplace posting, and text message, and finds that a three-year notice period is appropriate. Defendants shall promptly prov ide Plaintiffs with the names, addresses, and phone numbers for individuals who worked for Defendants between May 20, 2011 and the present in both paper and electronic formats. Further, Plaintiffs shall submit a revised proposed class notice and text message for the Court's approval by July 27, 2015.
