OPINION AND ORDER: HUD moves for judgment on the pleadings and summary judgment. (As further set forth in this Order.) For the reasons stated above, HUD's motions are GRANTED in part and DENIED in part. It is further ORDERED that: 1. Greene an d HUD shall confer to craft a proposal as to how to proceed regarding Greene's remaining due process claims, including whether these claims should be stayed pending remand of Plaintiff's APA claims to HUD; 2. Greene and Deshler shall confe r to craft a proposal as to how to proceed regarding Greene's claims against Deshler, which were held in abeyance pending resolution of HUD's motions, see ECF No. 52; and 3. By July 6, 2017, the parties shall file a joint letter with thei r proposals as to how to proceed, including whether they believe a settlement conference before the Honorable Gabriel W.
