MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that no later than March 10, 2016, the parties must submit supplemental letter briefs, no more than five pages long, addressing whether the SCAC adequately alleges that all of the employees who were fi red in connection with the accounting irregularities engaged in intentional misconduct and, if so, whether the scienter of one or more of those former employees can be imputed to L-3, given their managerial positions at Aerospace Systems.
