Plaintiffs also filed a notice of appeal from the Court's June 20, 2017 order on July 19, 2017. Accordingly, the Court reserves decision on Plaintiffs' motion for reargument until the Second Circuit renders a decision on Plaintiffs' appeal. Plaintiffs' request for an extension to file a motion to amend is GRANTED and their time to move to amend is stayed pending the Second Circuit's decision. SO ORDERED.
