R.G. v. Federated, Inc. et al

Filing 60

OPINION AND ORDER: For the reasons above, the Court approves the settlement as submitted, except it reduces Plaintiff's counsel's attorneys' fees by 5%, from $120,892.11 to $114,847.50. The difference between these a mounts ($6,044.61) shall be allocated to S.G. as provided in a separately docketed settlement authorization order. Because the settlement resolves Plaintiff's claims, and because the Court is in receipt of a letter from Defendants in forming the Court that they have settled the cross claims in this action (Doc. No. 55), IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT this case is dismissed with prejudice but without costs. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT the Court retains jurisdiction to enforce the se ttlement agreement. See Kokkonen v. Guardian Life Ins. Co. of Am., 511 U.S. 375, 381 (1994). The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to close this case. (As further set forth in this Opinion and Order.)
