MEMORANDUM AND OPINION: For the foregoing reasons, the Court denies Kowalchyn and Lewis's motions for summary judgment. The Court directs counsel for all parties to confer promptly and submit a joint pretrial order, consistent with the Court&# 039;s Individual Rules, by March 10, 2017.
