OPINION & ORDER #106723 re: #32 MOTION to Dismiss, filed by YPF S.A.; re: #23 MOTION to Dismiss, filed by Argentine Republic. For the above reasons, Defendants' motions to dismiss (Arg. Mot. to Dismiss, dated Sept. 8, 2015 [dkt. no. 23]; YPF Mot. to Dismiss, dated Sept. 8, 2015 [dkt. no. 32]) are granted in part and denied in part. Specifically, the motions to dismiss the promissory estoppel claims against both Defendants are granted; the motion to dismiss the good faith and fair dealing claim against YPF is granted but denied as to Argentina.
