ORDER adopting 16 Report and Recommendations re: 13 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by Commissioner of Social Security. For the reasons stated above, the Commissioner's motion for judgment on the pleadings is granted. The Cle rk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motion (Dkt. No. 13), close this case, and mail a copy of this order to pro se Plaintiff Hector Sanchez, 3463 3rd Avenue, Apt. 10A, Bronx, New York 10456.
