OPINION & ORDER re: 44 MOTION to Dismiss The Amended Complaint filed by Airmedia Group Inc., Richard Peidong Wu; 56 MOTION to Strike Document No. [Exhibit J to the Supplemental Declaration of Scott D. Musoff, dated April 21, 2016 (Dkt. no. 51)] filed by China Xiayuan Transportation Co. LTD. For the reasons stated above, Defendants' motion to dismiss the case against Defendant Wu for lack of personal jurisdiction based on deficient service is granted with prejudice. Defendants' motion to dismiss the Amended Complaint for failure to state a claim is granted with prejudice. Plaintiff's motion to strike Exhibit J is denied.
