OPINION re: #40 MOTION for Default Judgment as to Mohammed Ullah filed by Michael Kors, L.L.C. For the reasons given herein, plaintiff's motion for default judgment is granted, and plaintiff is awarded $1,000,000 in statutory damages. Plaintiff is ordered to submit an application for specific attorneys' fees and costs within sixty (60) days of issuance of this opinion. This opinion resolves Docket Number 40 in this case.
