OPINION re: 77 MOTION for Entry of Judgment under Rule 54(b) . filed by Eduardo Negrete, Gervasio Negrete: Plaintiffs Eduardo Negrete and Gervasio Negrete (collectively, the "Negretes" or the "Plaintiffs") have moved pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(b) to certify the Court's February 27, 2017, dismissal of Counts I, II, IV, V, and part of Count III as a partial final judgment.
