ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION for 12 Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by Commissioner of Social Security, 20 Report and Recommendations. The Commissioner moved for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. (1 2)(c). (Dkts. 12-13). Burgman has not submitted any opposition to that motion. Magistrate Judge Gorenstein issued a Report and Recommendation (the "R&R") recommending that the motion for judgment on the pleadings be granted. (Dkt. 20). (As further set forth in this Order.) I have reviewed Magistrate JudgeGorenstein's thorough and well-reasoned R&R for clear error and have found none. Therefore, I adopt the Report and Recommendation in its entirety.
