Defendants' motion to disqualify Dr. Lon Schneider (Dkt. No. 269) is DENIED. Teva's motion to disqualify Ms. Jaskot (Dkt. No. 308) is GRANTED. The Clerk of the Court is directed to remove Dkt. Nos. 269 and 308 from the Court's list of pending motions. The Court thanks Magistrate Judge Francis for his diligent management of this case throughout its contentious pre-trial phase.
