OPINION & ORDER re: 27 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Crystal Simmonds, Kimona Hanson, New York Health and Hospitals Corporation. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted as t o Plaintiff's Title VII and 42 U.S.C. § 1981 claims and the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining state and city law claims.
